We get this question a lot! It is a two-part answer! The logo is a “Double F” for Fury, forwards and backwards. We are always learning from our past and looking forward to the future. The logo is also the tail of “Fury the Dragon”. The world’s largest stainless-steel dragon that sits outside our HQ. 

Our Headquarters in located in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. 

We accept all major credit cards, including Shop, Apple, Google, and Facebook Pay.

No. We do offer customer-pick-up for local customers. We also have an Airstream that we can take to special events. If you would like to inquire about our Airstream coming to your event, please reach out to info@furyathletix.com for more information!

Although we have apparel in our photos and on our employees, we currently do not offer apparel for sale. We want to perfect every aspect of athletic headwear before we pursue apparel. 

We proudly design and assemble most of our products in Texas. We source the best materials and factories all over the world.

Our Sprinters and Aces come in 2 sizes: SM/MD and LG/XL. 

The SM/MD is 55cm in circumference and best suited for smaller heads.

The LG/XL is 57cm in circumference and best suited for larger heads. 

All other hats come in one standard size, 56cm. This is best for your average size head.

Hat Care

We recommend drying all wet hats outside or hang-dry to avoid any issues. There are certain materials used that are not meant for the extreme heat of a dryer. 

Most styles are water resistant and designed to wick away moisture/sweat to keep you focused on your game. Our bills and front panels are also designed to float, so you will never lose a hat in the water. 

The Sprinter and X-Band are both machine-washable. They will come out of the washer looking fresh every time. All other styles need to be spot cleaned. We recommend taking a sponge or magic eraser with dish soap. Start from the outside of the stain and work your way in to avoid spreading the stain further. Repeat as needed!

No! The heat from a dishwasher will remove our hydrophobic treatment from the fabric of the hat. We recommend spot cleaning the hat with soap and water.

Shipping

For any order under $75, shipping will be an additional $4.90. All orders over $75 will receive free shipping. All our packages are sent with USPS Priority Mail.

Our fulfillment team is faster than an F1 pit crew. They will process and ship any order placed before 5PM the same day, Monday-Friday

Yes, we do offer international shipping through DHL. 

Once we fulfill the order, a tracking link will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If you did not wish to enter your email address, please reach out to info@furyathletix.com with your order number and they can supply tracking information. 

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to info@furyathletix.com with your information. We will help resolve the issue with the shipping provider. 

If your hat arrives in anything but perfect condition, please reach out to info@furyathletix.com with your order information and provide photos of damage. We will replace your hat if need be.

Returns

Absolutely! We accept any returns or exchanges if you have proof of purchase. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority at Fury Athletix, and this is our way of showing you. Reach out to info@furyathletix.com and let us know how we can help you. 

Email info@furyathletix.com to request a return label. Use your order number as the subject line, and our team will email a return label back to you the same day! Once we receive the hat, your refund will be processed. 

Once your return arrives at Fury, our fulfillment team processes the return immediately after examining the hat. It typically takes 2-4 business days for funds to appear back in your account. 

Once an order has been placed, you cannot make any changes yourself. If you would like to make an adjustment, please reach out to info@furyathletix.com for assistance. You may cancel your order before we process it. Our fulfillment team is always eager to process your order, so you may have to reach out to info@furyathletix.com if they are too fast!
